Excellent value for money. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable, shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) functional and well maintained.

Good communication with the host. Flexible with checking in time - left clear instructions about how to check in. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable bed - appreciated the powerful fan in our bedroom to keep us cool. Nice verandah to sit out on. Well equipped kitchen. Availability of street parking.

To be improved

The layout of the house with the shared bathrooms downstairs and limited seating space in the kitchen are fine for a short stay but we would not choose this accommodation for a longer stay for these reasons.

Nice house, great room, great beds, great neighborhood, easy to park right outside. Santander was a the city to visit.
