The best

The cleanliness was superb. The location was excellent. The reception and staff was over the top.

To be improved

We visited in January and the heating in the rooms (we rented two) was inadequate. The staff tried to make it better by bringing more blankets but the heating system did not heat the rooms. Plus the heat was turned off in the night so it was a bit frosty in the morning. We cannot fault the staff, they were very helpful. It was the physical limitation of the heating system that was the problem. If that was rectified we would rate this as excellent all across the board.
