The location was great. Walking distance to downtown and very quiet area.

To be improved

Because I didn't speak Spanish, check-in was a little challenging. It worked out, however, and she was great to deal with.

Other very noisy, selfish and inconsiderate. Not the fault of the host but ruined my stay. Of the three rooms one kept partying until very late - very noisy. The other got up at 0300 and was slamming doors and talking loudly. Total lack of consideration for others, but I understand the only way around this is to rent a detached house in the middle of nowhere!

The location was in a nice area and was very easy to find.

To be improved

Even though the check in time is 13:00 and it was confirmed by the owner , after a while I had been informed that I could do it at 15:00. Finally after a long of conversation I succeeded to get in at 13:15 Also a bit of noise from the elevator next to my wall didn't let me sleep well. The bathtub was old and the paint was falling off, and should be replaced.

“Very clean bathroom and the bed was also freshly made. Room decorated, towels inclusive and bed very soft and comfortable. Host came nearly every day to clean and see if we need something. · Cons: The walls and doors are very thin, you can hear everything from the other two rooms of the apartment or the apartments above and below, but that is quite normal for a cheap highrise.”
