The apartment is close to the metro/ also on the airport line. There are many restaurants nearby. The apartment has several rooms. People and tourists live in the apartment. Sometimes it is noisy or the bathroom is occupied. There was no fan in the room. Easy communication with the owner. The price was low and that was the reason for booking

The property is at very good location, value for price is okay. It's close to the zoo and bus/metro station, also Mercadona is near.

To be improved

It was too loudy, you can hear everybody around you (from other rooms - there is three more rooms). Another thing is based on people probably, they cooking a lot of food but not openning the windows etc, and the smell of the food goes into rooms easy, very bad thing! It looks like they are living there, but it's not their property.
