It was clean, enough spacious and really nice for its price, we like it!

The property is situated in an old building, but make no mistake, as the apartment/flat itself is quite modern. The room was spacious with a generous closet space, a full length mirror, and a smart TV. The bed was comfortable, too. The communal kitchen has got everything you would need, from cutlery to cooking pots, and a generous space in the fridge for whatever you'd need it for. It is also worth mentioning that there is a washer and drier there, as well as space and equipment for ironing clothes. Lastly, although very trivial, as a person of Asian descent, I cannot express my delight enough to find a bidet in the toilet/bath! The host really thinks about the needs of their clientele. Overall, my stay here was up there in terms of comfort and convenience (close proximity to shops and attractions). When I visit Madrid again, I wouldn't think twice booking here again.

Great location with walkable distance to museums and parks. Nearby have many restaurants and bars so very convenient. Room is comfortable with a reasonable price. Bathroom is clean, didn’t use the kitchen but should be good too.
