To be improved

We arrived at location as per our specified time. We could not enter. No one was there and no prior information about entry had been provided. We telephoned the owner who lives in Holland and does not speak English. He insisted that communication was via Whats App (presumably so he could then use Google Translate). It took 20 minutes to respond to some of our queries. We were directed to another property of lower quality. with shared bathroom, broken toilet and unclean room. We decided not to stay and informed the owner. We asked for a 50% rebate. The owner declined. We then had to pay for a more expensive hotel.
