“Clean, cheap and friendly”

For us, it was perfect, because we were specifically looking for somewhere reasonable to stay for just one night, within easy walking distance to Macarena, and with easy parking. The owner is very friendly, instructions were clear, and everywhere was very clean. There are plenty of great bars to get food nearby. It was very hot, but the Aircon worked fine.

To be improved

Bed wasn't anything much, with one side up against the wall, so a bit uncomfortable, but the room is small, so no alternative. We tried to use the fan above the bed, but it made quite a lot of noise.

Maximino - the host - is an absolute legend! He made our stay very, very pleasant, looked after us like we would be his family. We loved the way he organised everything for his guests, his instructions were clear and straightforward. We had a great time in Seville thanks to him! Muchos gracias!!!!

“budget friendly great accommodation with all needs considered”

The best

Before check in the apartment, the owner communicated perfectly with messages. Maxi welcomed us with a very friendly smile. Our room was clean and big enough. The two bathrooms were spotless and we never had to wait in line. It was very easy to get to the accommodation by public transport. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Seville. We recommend Maxi's place to everyone.

The best

The host was friendly and instructions to get in were clear. I arrived late at night and the instructions to get in were a bit long so I recommend arriving earlier in the day if you want to avoid getting your head around long instructions when it's dark outside. The area is served by busses and it's a short ride to the city centre- about 10/15 min to the stations. Although the decor is dated, the place is clean and well maintained. It's not a luxury place but it's good value!
