Habitaciones Sajorami Beach

We stayed there last year and last year and everything was perfect. Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing for 3 reasons. The aircon was poor, the fridge was unable to chill properly but our main issue was there was no place to sit outside even though there was an outdoor area it was not maintained and just a small round table and two chairs would have been ok but nothing available. Also we we charged 15 euro per day for parking which was not mentioned on booking .com. We really liked the place last year but this time we were disappointed.

Parking was a little expensive, swim trunks got taken /stolen off char in front of are room.

For the price, would be nice to have a few more facilities. Would’ve loved to have had coffee in the room to enjoy on the terrace in the mornings. There was no kettle/coffee/tea in the room and no breakfast options offered, the nearest cafe opens at 10am which is late for early risers.

No Wifi in range in cabin 30 and 31 even though it was supposed to be there

I did put in place a complain sheet as it called in Spain, we were given a emergency number to call just in case of any issue as no one was at reception from 8pm to 10 am next day, so Monday the 8th on the first night electricity on the room went off at 11pm. We called the emergency number 10 times leaving a message on the voicemail saying that we had no electricity on the room, no reply at all on the whole night. Tuesday the 9th we went to reception to let them know and they told us that the guard guy, aka the guy with the emergency phone was off on mondays as it was low season.... what???
