Good accommodation for someone who needs just place where to sleep and do hygiene routine.

Unfortunately Lady wasn’t able to speak english and she wasn’t welcoming at all. Fortunately her husband saved a situation and explained us everything with smile.

The best

Spacious terrace with a swimming pool. All amenities were within walking distance. The host explained everything clearly.

Unfortunately, the vibe wasn't for me. The house belongs to a young family with a toddler, who naturally makes a lot of noise all the time. The room is set up to keep the guests out of the family's way, which I would do anyway, but the times I spent in the shared spaces, it felt a bit like I was intruding. There is an extra charge for having the shared bathroom cleaned more than once a week, which seems to disadvantage people who stay several days, while someone in the other room might just stay one night, make a mess and leave. It's difficult to rinse the bath yourself, as the shower head is fixed overhead. The bed was noisy and mattress too hard. The bedding didn't smell very well. The odours from the kitchen would seep right into the room. No access to a kettle. Compared to other shared homestays in Lanzarote, this felt overpriced for what you get.

Very clean and spacious, easy to find,

To be improved

No designated parking. That there was a shared bathroom which was often occupied. The property was also very loud at times as it is child friendly.
