“Total bliss in a protected geopark”

The lovely hostess who doesn't know a word in English but found a very efficient way round that to converse, suggest and advise. Loved her! The view from the living room is breathtaking. Even our bathroom had a view! Complimentary breakfast of toast and bread, packaged muffins and tea or coffee. Comfortable parking on premises.

To be improved

For those with hindered mobility, this is a villa with stairs and no lift. Well worth the climb though! I'd have loved to purchase this property and place a swimming pool right under the terrace! Oh how I dream....!

The best

This is really a hidden treasure! Very clean room.Simple breakfast is provided with good coffee, milk, bread, jam, etc. Some of the previous guests appearantly expected English/continental breakfast, but this is southern Europe guys. Saioa is a perfect host providing you with excellent advice for your stay. Urdaibai offers you lovely villages, beautiful nature (check the bird center), the kindness of the Basque périple, sports, good and nature.

What a beautiful house in such beautiful surroundings. The house has everything, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. There is a simple complementary breakfast, which was fine for us and well appreciated.

The dogs of the neighbouring houses are quite noisy at night.
