“Perfect stay for a couple with lots of cultural tips and close to the Old Town”

The host was extremely sweet, kind and helpful in explaining absolutely everything about the apartment. Not only was the place beautiful and fragrant, but it was also very tidy and had lots of brochures. The host even spent more than 20 minutes explaining in detail the map of the city, the restaurants he liked best, giving tips on where to go to see the sunset, ideal programs for couples, tips on museums and works of art to see... I, as someone who loves art and culture, loved the tips. Cuenca is a beautiful and incredible city and this apartment was perfect for us as a couple. Very comfortable beds, perfect air conditioning for sleeping and for eating and watching TV in the living room... we had a very pleasant stay! Definitely one to repeat.

“A perfect place for a solo or a small family of 4”

The best

Absolutely fabulous, everything you need. Full kitchen, air conditioner, close to dozens of restaurants and about 20’ walk up the hill to the old city. I would not stay in the old town, much better to stay here. Host Juanjo is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. Just be mindful it’s on the third floor of a building without elevator so if you have a mobility impairment, this may not be for you.

The owner is kind, the apartment is clean, and everything is good, but the noise between floors is very bad We have to booked hotel for two nights for sleep at Booking.com again.
