1. We had already indicated at the time of reservation that there were two elderly people and a child in our family and we were traveling together. We repeatedly asked if there was a paid luggage storage area available, but the email reply did not solve the problem at all. 2. There was a very serious door lock issue: on the day of check-in, our family had reserved the first row of seats at the Palau de la Música in Barcelona, but when we were leaving the hotel, we found that the door could not be locked. My wife and I missed the best performance time. No one came to repair it that night. Considering the security situation in Barcelona, we stayed awake all night by the door. The jet lag and fatigue from the journey completely ruined our trip. The next morning, the staff came to repair it and it turned out that the door lock was out of power. We cannot accept such a low-level mistake. 3. On the third night, my wife's room had a roof leak at night, which made the pillow all wet. My wife called the hotel at 2 a.m., and the hotel called back at 4 a.m. But no one came to repair it until the next morning. It was another sleepless night. 4. It was extremely noisy downstairs. Several young people were throwing water balloons at each other and having a party, making it impossible for us to rest. Summary: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It completely ruined our family's trip to Spain.

“Place is ok. Clean and very well located. A bit crammed but ok if not planning to spend time inside”

The key system ( mobile phone is the key) is somewhat cumbersome and not sufficiently well explained. Especially it is not well explained in advance that each guess needs to have their emails registered in order to be able to access the apartament independent of the others.

Its pity, to noisy from upper neighborhoods. Child running in the morning and moving the chair all the time. If it’s after 10 am is ok but it was around 7 am

“Pleasant apartment but non existent customer support”

We got the deluxe apartment and we really liked it. The location is excellent and nearby many shops and restaurants.

To be improved

Our power got cut off by the main switch at our apartment and this happened many times in a short time interval. I contacted customer supply asking for help as it felt that some of the appliances are malfunctioning. I was promised that someone will contact me very soon to fix the issue but nobody ever reached out. It feels like there is nonexistent customer support at this property and if something is not working well then you are on your own.
