“Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised and Full of Issues”

The apartment didn’t match the photos and had several issues: • Dining area was dark – one blind couldn’t be opened. • Very few dishes, no tea, coffee, salt or basics – inconvenient for short stays. • Cleanliness was average. • Entry via phone is risky (battery, theft, etc.) and unclear in emergencies – no visible instructions. • Only one digital key sent, no info we couldn’t share it – had to sort it with support. • Early luggage drop-off was agreed but denied on arrival, despite confirmation in chat. • Security deposit info was hidden, and the refund came later than stated – only after multiple follow-ups. • Apartment was freezing, radiators didn’t work – we had to call someone to fix it. • One window was open with a broken handle, also needed repair. • Dealing with all this wasted our limited time. • Very old, uncomfortable and scary elevator – needs replacement. Overall, we’re not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Spacious apartment in a great location.

To be improved

Authentic feel, but somewhat outdated. The elevator is inconvenient, and basic kitchen essentials like sugar and salt are missing. Limited supplies were provided—only three toilet paper rolls for a six-night stay with five guests, a single washing machine tablet, and just four coffee capsules. Small details, but they impacted our experience in a negative way.
