They only accept phone calls after hours, so if you are traveling internationally, you will need to pay your cell phone international rates to communicate. There is a phone tree that takes up to 8 minutes to reach a person. I spent over $50 trying to communicate with them. AC is in only one of the 3 bedrooms. Doors were very difficult to work. (Neighbors had to help us with tools when the key would get stuck. We ended up carrying pliers around in our bags to be sure we could get in and out.) The clothes washer never worked. It is very dark inside, and the window looks right into a parking lot. It's been two weeks, and I have not gotten my $300 deposit back. I would not be surprised if I needed to contact my credit card company to fight this charge. I have messaged them several times and have received zero replies.

The front bathroom never worked, the shower curtain doesn’t have a purpose because it’s too short and far away from the tub, the oven didn’t have markings to show the temperature or how to use it.

the apartment is dirty and very old, I stayed over a month ago and they still haven't given me my deposit back. I have contacted the staff several times and they are very slow in responding. I hope they are just accidents due to temporary problems but I'm starting to think not.

Several days in the building next door, probably there was an office, was going on demolition due to renovations, which started at 8 in the morning and there was a terrible noise, but it is not the fault of this company. We were concerned about the condition of the toilet, the toilet flusher is in bad condition and needs to be repaired. Because of this we were tensed and we were very extremely careful to wash the toilet. It's stressful because you have to pay a deposit in advance, which must be returned if you don't damage anything, and maybe some unscrupulous owner can accuse you of something, I don't mean this company. If they fix such things, it will be better for them too, because the apartment itself is very good, in a beautiful location.
