Power outage, very hard to get the keys

The booking pictures didn't match the apartment. It wasn't clean. The rug in the living room wasn't even vacuumed and felt gross under your feet. The furniture was cheap and stained. The bedding was stained, and the pillows were flat.. It didn't have the supplies like other apartments we stayed in did. The coffee maker and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The second bedroom had no nightstand lamp, and there was no closet or wardrobe to hang clothes. They didn't provide any information about the neighborhood (i.e., local restaurants or how to access major attractions using the metro or buses). The person who checked us in looked like a hungover college student. The apartment is on a very busy street. It was too loud to sit on the balcony for some peace and quiet. The shower curtain attacks you the whole time while showering. It was too cheap and too small. The quality of the apartment and the level of setup to improve the guest experience did not match the price.

First of all, I specifically filtered a hotel because I detest being in AirBnBs. This apartment should absolutely not be filtered as a hotel. Second, it was dirty. Third, the apartment is in poor condition (100% of walls are stained, worn up furniture, oxidation in the shower head, etc). And fourth, they tried to charge me 300€ on top of the Booking rate.
