To be improved

The neighbours kept complaining about the noise while we were outside the whole day...the apartment assistant called us at 11.30 pm in order to inform us about the complaints and the next day just sent us a message for the same reason. It was completely impolite

There were flying insects at the start of our stay (eventually were gone after we bought electronic insecticide. We were provided with insect spray later) One of the rooms is close to the road where noise from establishments could be disturbing to guests’ sleep Warm water can suddenly stop coming out of shower

The rooms were tidy and there was good space in the apartment.

To be improved

The customer service was terrible. We had asked prior if we could get early check in however they told us we can only check in after 3pm which is fine. We got to the apartment at 3pm and the access to the gate was locked and not working at all. I was on the phone and messaging for 45 minutes trying to resolve getting into the apartment. They had to remotely open the door however we couldn’t go out and explore as our access was working still. After about an hour later it finally worked however the next day the access through their Nuki app stopped working again and we weren’t able to get into the apartment again. I called the apartment management and was on the phone to them where they asked me to hold for a minute but I was on hold for 20 minutes and they cut the phone on me. I tried calling back but it went to voicemail, then tried messaging and got no reply. We got a reply the next day late in the afternoon. There was very minimal and poor communication from the staff and they weren’t very helpful. We felt very unsafe staying at the apartment. They never helped us adequately resolve issues and were avoiding us whilst we were staying there.
