“We had a great time exploring the whole of Barcelona from this apartment, with the metro just down the road it was easy”

it was in a great location with lots of shops a great supermarket and restaurants close by, it had three bathrooms so we didn’t have to share, and lots of space for the four of us.

To be improved

I didn’t like the fact the bins in the street got emptied at 11pm, 2am and 6am every night/morning. The kitchen needed a tea towel and oven gloves.

“Wonderful apartment once you have access to the building”

Great location and apartment was clean and well stocked.

To be improved

We had tremendous difficulty getting all guests access to the Nuki app being used to open both the street door and the apartment door. It took three days to complete this essential task. It also stopped working one day before our check out again creating issues for the group. The smaller third bedroom needs better ventilation. Perhaps a simple fan.

“Central and spacious apartment for families/groups”

The best

- central location - very spacious, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms - well equipped (kitchen appliances, pottery, washing machine&dryer, dishwasher and tablets for them etc) - we got our security deposit back very fast

To be improved

- only one toilet had bidet, others didn’t, would be nice to have it in all of them - no slippers (would be more comfortable and clean if there was) - check in process took so long, would be better if we get a link before to pay the deposit and downlod door lock application, we wasted soo many time on these procedures i didn’t like it

“Great stay in the heart of things”

The best

We liked the location. It's near subway and bus routes and in the thick of things. Lots of great places to visit within walking distance of this location. Also, we loved Petit Pot for breakfast at the end of the block! The A/C works really well too, once you figure out how to use the remotes.

To be improved

It was a hassle to have to pay three separate charges to get access to the place, one of which had quite an extensive form asking for tons of info including passport numbers. It'd be nice if all of this could be rolled into one charge. Also, as a non-Spanish speaker in Spain, it would've been helpful to have a few typed instructions about how to use both the A/C remotes and the washer/dryer combo, both of which were unfamiliar to me. Google Translate can easily help me make sense of directions in Spanish. As it was, I had to download both manuals in English to figure out what the unfamiliar symbols meant on the appliance and the remotes.

the apartment was located pretty close to a lot of attractions. apartment itself was comfortable and clean.

To be improved

We checked in pretty late to the apartment due to a late flight and had to go to a different location to pick up keys from a key box. would be nice if they had a key box at the location. Also, they provided one towel per guest for our entire stay of 4 days, and if you needed more you had to pay extra.
