Check in and the lock system - was complicated and took long to receive check in details. Sometimes door wouldn’t unlock immediately and required multiple tries.

A few more tea/ coffee/ sugars would be appreciated. Also, I was trying to find the washing machine, and eventually found it on the outside balcony. As there were no pegs to fasten our clothes to the dryer(washing line), we couldn't secure the clothes, so didn't bother using. also, as it was a very small space, it was almost impossible to put our suitcases anywhere. They had to go on a lounge chair to avoid walking over them. but all those things were small issues. The check in system with the smart app was hopeless though. Even my techy daughter was stumped for a while. The only way we found the correct apartment, (once we finally got in), was by pressing her phone and listening to see what apartment door made a noise. yes, we were tired and a little cranky by the time we got in finally. A key box would have made life very simple.

Cleanliness, no AC in bedrooms, felt like a flea apartment, not value for money. Washroom dirty and shower handle hook broken fell in my head. Stayed with 2 kids and suffered without AC in bedrooms. Host not so cooperative with early check out.
