Hachi Place Bungalow

We stayed here for a bit over a week, and I wouldn't recommend it. Upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach, there were large stains on the stairs, the blinds downstairs weren't working (we couldn’t adjust them at all), and the small pool was dirty. I contacted the landlord, and her response was more or less, "Not my problem." She said the cockroach was from pest control, the spare parts for the blinds hadn’t been delivered (for over 2 months, if earlier reviews are to be believed), and the pool was dirty because of "the wind," but it would be cleaned on Monday. The pool wasn’t cleaned on Monday, and I had to follow up again. At the same time, the washing machine broke down and started leaking. I was told they would install a new one, but that never happened, and we were unable to do laundry for the remainder of our stay. Aside from this, the whole place felt a bit worn down and really needs a thorough cleaning and some updates. I completely understand that you don’t buy the most expensive things for a rental, but the pillows on the outdoor furniture were dirty or had rips, with the stuffing falling out. We made the most of our stay anyway and had a nice vacation. But I would have rather paid a bit more for a clean apartment and working facilities. Maybe a lesson learned for next time

Bed was too small and it was hard to find stuff in the property had to keep messaging which I didn’t like doing but they were so happy and helpful .would definitely stay here again

Lack of essentials. Such as tea towels , pillow’s there were only 2 of them and super uncomfortable, washing machine not working properly and making very loud noises, blinds broken, no privacy on the window when stepping out of shower. Also it wasn’t clean to my standards but maybe it’s my standards only I spend 1,5 hour cleaning before unpacking. Remote control for tv sticky dust everywhere toilet downstairs wasn’t clean properly.

One minor point for improvement would be the bed, which was not the most comfortable and was a bit small (probably 1.40m x 2.00m, which is a bit small for two adults).
