“We arrived at the duplex apartment and it felt very home from home, comfortable beds airy rooms. Nice big balcony. When we arrived there was a small cleaning welcome pack and beer in the fridge. The pool was just outside and there was a lovely grass area. · Cons: We had to pick up the keys at the mb boutique hotel at the opposite side of the resort. Bit of a pain if you don't have a car. It was just keys in an envelope. No instructions or information about the apartment and inly one set which meant we couldn't really do anything separate.”

To be improved

Property was in a great location. Facilities in grounds (pool etc) were great and well maintained. Property was clean and as described.

To be improved

Long walk to other side of Nerja to collect and hand back keys. Property was starting to look a little 'tired' in places.

“House with beautiful views from the balcony, plus a great swimming pool.”

The best

The balcony and the beautiful views in every direction. The swimming pool was so clean and welcome after a walk from the beach. The grounds were so beautifully cared for. Lovely plants and flowers. So colourful. Proximity to Burriana beach. Air conditioning worked very well. Beds comfortable.

To be improved

Having to collect keys at a local on the other side of Nerja. We had no transport so was difficult. But, having messaged the management they were happy for us to leave keys in the house when we left. Lack of amenities. Just two toilet rolls between three people. One soap hand-wash. No shower gel. No washing up liquid. Lack of information about care of apartment. We didn't know how to dispose of our bottles and rubbish. Plus no info about local attractions to visit and places to eat and drink. BBQ was broken. House a little bit dated. Would stay again because all of these things could be easily rectified.

Always someone available to help, had an issue with the toilet, rang them late at night, it was fixed the very next morning. Fantastic service

To be improved

Collecting and drop off of keys was otherwise of town, would be a lot easier to have a lockbox or something at the property
