Very beautiful, natural…like a little resort..Clean, friendly stuff..quiet..peaceful…a getaway…But you must know that on the north of the island many days are foggy, cloudy…we had luck..🦋🥰🌴

“Beautiful Hacienda with Breathtaking views. Absolutely recommend it!”

The best

What a lovely place to stay in when visiting Tenerife! Excellent location midway across the island so not too far from either South, North, or the Teide Park, and also very close to a great beach. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained with a large lush garden, and an infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the coastline. The whole area feels very intimate and private. The hosts are very approachable and accommodating. All facilities excellent and the room was spacious with cool interior design. I would absolutely recommend staying there!

To be improved

The only thing I would point out is that if you are in a ground floor apartment it can get a bit loud depending on what the upstairs neighbours are like because the ceiling is quite thin, but that's just part of staying in an old building.

“MISLEADING - THIS IS A BASEMENT APARTMENT NOT VILLA”

I cannot more strongly advise against booking this property. MISLEADING: this is a BASEMENT APARTMENT, NOT A VILLA! Noise from the family above us made it impossible to sleep and ruined our stay. No front-desk, so we could only notify management by whatsapp. Received out-of-office autoreplies before someone finally replied 24h later. Owner was incommunicado until 1 week after our stay. Did not take feedback well. Very defensive. Delusionally maintains that describing a basement apartment as a villa is accurate. Denies responsibility, dismisses our experience, and inverts reality to deflect their failures onto us: "upset we questioned their values", after so many "years of good reviews" - maybe don't rent noisy basement apartments as villas? Clearly, they lack the humility to process criticism that disrupts their narrative/self-image. Their idea of compensation: - Offering my pregnant wife a bottle of wine on day 2 of our stay - At 6 pm on our last night, they offered to move us to a different property. - 100 euros (we refused), which would just cover replacing my brand new bathing suit, stained by the rust coated bathroom door frame. - A voucher for a future stay, that they know we can never use (we live in Canada). - Though we couldn't reach the "out-of-office" owner or staff on day 1, they say they would have refunded our non-refundable prepaid reservation if we would have just left on day 1? Sure...makes sense. We are not too unrefined to appreciate Hacienda cuatro Ventanas old-world charm. However, no amount of argument, denial, historical charm or aesthetics can convert a basement apartment into a villa. The herd stampeding above one’s head serves as a constant reminder. We found the service lacked humility, and prioritized empty words and appearances over quality and transparency.
