Beautiful stunning location with amazing attentive staff. Spa was great with a 10/10 sports massage

To be improved

Cooked Breakfast menu was quite limited and a bit of a let down. The cocktails were not worth the 15 euro price tag. None of the bar staff appeared to have any cocktail training or skills.

Beautiful property in an exceptional location. Reception staff Janina and Alvaro were excellent. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant quality was very good. Included wine tasting experience was most enjoyable.

Lovely welcome Stunning public areas and particularly amazing restaurant with river view. Friendly & professional staff - a special shout out to Juan Carlos Beautiful grounds and and character buildings Great breakfast Stayed in one of the basic VILLA ROOMS which are essentially classic, one-bedroom en-suite room with a terrace. Good lighting and effective Air Con. Tiny safe, minibar, hairdryer. Coffee machine but no kettle

To be improved

VILLA TERRACE needs an upgrade as although the privacy is great, it’s slightly claustrophobic with the dark panelling. Decking sun beds are uncomfortable.

Super remote location and Google Maps location not updated!! Be aware of that when you fine the hoteö via google and book via booking.com. The hotel does not take any accountability for not updating their address on google wo ended up at their old location - and had to drive 140KM (both ways) to their real place. Power Outage from early morning, bathrooms, bedrooms cannot be used as they have no / little light, so we left earlier without proper coffee, no sauna etc...again not accountability from the hotel - not even an excuse from the hotel reg that. Unprofessional check out, double charging we had to identify that....got resolved then.
