The best

The apartments are superb , with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing too much trouble and we were always greeted with a smile 😃 Everywhere on the complex was kept clean and tidy .

To be improved

Our original apartment was at Haciendas IV , but halfway through our 10 day stay we asked to move as we found the steps to our apartment (461) extremely challenging and especially in the heat . Although my husband has breathing difficulties, we are both relatively fit , but the amount of steps was ruining our holiday, everytime we went out, we dreaded coming back as knew what we had to face . However we were offered another apartment after bringing it to the attention of the reception staff and moved to Haciendas ll , which was so much better . Costa Adeje is very hilly , so to then have to endure loads of steps at the end of a day/ night out wasn't fun . Reception staff were very accommodating and made our stay a positive experience once we were moved.
