“Superb”

The best

Stayed here with two of my friends for a week. The three of us fit perfectly in the apartment without having to squish. Very spacious. It was also very clean including the bathroom!! Pool was very nice with lots of beds and a lovely view. All staff were very accommodating and helpful during every part of our stay. Overall a very beautiful, clean and calm place to stay, we would most definitely stay again!!

“Best place for a family!!!”

The best

The apartment was very nice, comes with all the utensils you would use. There were also towels for us to use in the bathroom (which was very spacious). A welcome gift was also waiting for us inside. The staff was very friendly. There was no noice in there the area which was very nice for relaxing. The pool was very nice to swim in. Easy to tan with all the sun around. I recommend, would come again especially as a family with kids. They loved it, we loved it! 🥰

“Nice stay”

The best

A spacious apartment, impeccably clean, with a large and beautiful terrace and close to almost everything (Aqualand, Siam Park, many restaurants and supermarkets. Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, new and quality furniture. The pools are also very clean and beautifully arranged.

To be improved

We had a problem that required assistance (we left the key in the apartment and locked ourselves out) somewhere around 10 PM. It took almost one hour to get an answer from the emergency number, and it took another 45 minutes until someone came with a spare key. My wife had to go with our eight-year-old to a gas station restroom, so in my opinion, let's say mediocre customer service. Also, the apartments have two floor fans, and no air conditioning. For those who love heat, I suppose that is not an issue, but, for us, sleeping at 27-28 degrees Celsius was very difficult. Also, during the day, the heat is almost unbearable. And even though the bed was nice and probably almost new, the mattress was rather hard and probably had some kind of rubber/plastic protection, because it made a very squeaky sound when moving.

“Welcoming, friendly & highly recommend!”

The best

I stayed in room 420, amazing views of the sea and a beautiful balcony with a hammock and place to eat and unwind on the evening. The property was beautiful! Great pools and facilities! 10/10! Would definitely visit again.

“Excellent holiday location”

The best

The apartment was spotlessly clean and only a few feet from the pool which was again spotless. The resort is in a great position that you can walk to many different areas, however it is on a hill so tough on the way back. The welcome basket was an excellent touch.

To be improved

Contacted with regards to paying extra for late check out, as our flight late in evening. I asked a few days in advance then told to wait say before when it was not possible. However in fairness they did provide room an extra 2 hours. The complex did not seem booked out, and I was offered no alternative, I would have been happy to pay for another room. It slightly dampened the last day.

“Perfect chill stay”

The best

How quiet it was at night time. The location.. the size of the bungalows we had 2 for a family of 7 5 adults 2 kids absolutely perfect. Fully kitted out kitchen including washing machine. The shower was amazing

To be improved

There is not much to say maybe just some music playing by the pool and a couple of the steps need leveling. 1person in my group had bad vision so the steps caused a small issue nothing we couldn't cope with or manage and maybe just some extra lighting in places
