Very clean, staff were amazing, we knew the activities we wanted to do but had no idea how to get to the meeting points, the front desk went beyond their service to explains which buss, train, etc we needed to take in order to get there. We were always received with a smile! The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff always eager and happy to help. Honestly our trip was amazing because of this hotel and its people! 100% recommended I just can’t say enough!

Very comfortable beds It’s generally clean. The staff is polite. The location is good. Nice view from the window.

To be improved

Please put a toilet brush in this room. Please improve the quality of the toilet paper. There wasn’t enough space in the room to open the luggage. The breakfast needs enhancement and I also noticed that some food items were left out and there was a delay in replacing them. We had used(dirty) glasses with coffee and the cleaning staff didn’t take it.

Last minute booking, always satisfied with Hampton by Hilton, arrived 11pm quick book in and asked if required any bar service as bar was closing. Breakfast was buffet very accommodating and enjoyable. Parking was well accommodated and reasonably priced.

To be improved

On arrival, the hotel is opposite the Mallaga FC stadium, and it was a match night, so traffic restrictions proved difficult to navigate, but we got there, and reception staff were very accomadiating. We really enjoyed our stay at the Malaga Hampton by Hilton top marks
