The space & cleanliness in the apartment was superb & it was very well equipped

To be improved

We did not have hot water for showers for 2 days, the continous awful smell of sewerage from toilet located in the hall, and ants in ensuite & main bedroom which became very active after each shower. Also, We wld have liked the pool to have been heated.

To be improved

Some things are used and needs replacement or renovated. Jacuzzi in bath doesn’t work, vacuum cleaner dirty and noisy, in washing machine black mold in the rubber. Sink drain ware almost clogged Lots of ants in bedroom, some in living room (I had to buy the ant traps in carrefour) Private pool water green (info that they clean the pool each week in my opinion far from the truth) However the most unlikely thing is that it is described as two bedroom apartment. The building project is strange. It should be a detailed discription or a plan picture to avoid misunderstanding. The apartment has got on one level one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet, livingroom and tarraces. And that’s good. To go to the second bedroom you have to climb to the second level on he steep spiral steps (not for small kids or people with disabilities) go outside through key loss doors pass the level with next terrace go few steps up, and on the right there is a pool on the left you can enter to bathroom, or enter to the second bedroom (locked doors from the outside). For the family with children such completely separate bedroom with easier enterence to the swimming pool than to toilet is not acceptable, our kids have to sleep in livingroom downstairs.
