The apartment is perfectly located in the old town of Estepona and is close to everything: beach, restaurants, supermarket. - Our family of 5 had plenty of space in 2 bedrooms and the livingroom with sofa bed. 2 showers, 3 toilets and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable. - Using the code to enter the apartment was just perfect for mobility. Keys were provided too but we didn’t use them. - Car access is restricted in the area (except service cars) making the street less noisy and safer for small children. There is an underground parking at walking distance. - The apartment photos on Booking are accurate. The street images on Google Maps are not up to date, the street is much nicer now without cars (see my photos). - The staff is nice and very responsive. Communication was easy and clear. One cleaning service was offered during our 12 days stay (no extra charge). * the welcome pack contained few coffee capsules. We highly appreciated this nice gesture upon our arrival after a long trip.

Superb location and good value. Great for two couples as two bathrooms and additional small bathroom. Facilities were excellent and air con was efficient and above all quiet.

Appartment was very nice and location was perfect, but... it took us half an hour to get from the bus station to the apartment with our suitcases. However, upon arrival, we found out that the keys were left in some office, which we would reach after another half an hour (we were without a car)! It was the most challenging key retrieval I have ever experienced. Long key pick-up instructions, large distances between the apartment and the box where the keys were hidden. If I rate the apartment 10, the key retrieval experience is a 4. And that's the only—but very important—aspect.

Exactly as explained in the descriptions. The location could not have been better.
