We did not have breakfast, tend to eat later in the day. The reception and bar staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The staff took our luggage to our room and collected it at the end of our stay which is far more than I can say for the staff at Hapimag Resort, Marbella, who made us fend for ourself and had to dispose of our own rubbish and pay 2 euros each towel if we wanted to change them, plus 50 euros each towel deposit in case we did not return it !!!!!!

“Good for those ok w big hotels & busy public beach.”

Great location if you don’t mind a very busy public beach a step away. Very clean facilities. Air con worked well on the hot June days I visited. Wonderful yoga classes offered on a beautiful rooftop with stunning views.

To be improved

It’s surprisingly quiet for being so huge. I missed a proper restaurant for breakfast; there’s a deli/cafe instead… and found having to take out my own trash on the last day very awkward. Large unit but furniture a bit hard and outdated.

“Pleasent stay”

The best

The location is great to access the beach, shops and restaurants. Apt and balcony was a good size. Everything you need was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Staff at reception were all so nice, friendly and helpful. AC super cold and sofa-bed comfortable.

To be improved

The cleaning needs to improve, the floors were not clean. Bedding and towels clean but floors were pretty poor. The apartments are not sound proof so if you get screaming kids next door its not ideal. Really need to invest in some sound proofing. Also note if you're on a low floor the noise from the restaurant, street etc is pretty loud. Sleeping before midnight not possible thanks to the music etc. Not a problem if you stay out late in the evenings.

“Great location”

The hotel and staff are fabulous in a great location.

The rooms even though we had a sea view the bedroom was awful and shower room also very tired and feel money needs to be invested we didn’t end up sleeping there for the 1 night booked and had no bedding provided for the sofa bed either . The staff were so lovely and so was the hotel hence why we didn’t complain.
