“Good apartment but never heard of key pick up/drop off 30 mins away in a car.”

The key had to be picked up 30 mins away in a car! We were told Keys available at 4 - weren’t there at 4.45!! Rang the phone number and half an hour later a man turns up on a scooter and says to follow him to his house to get the keys! Only 1 set of keys and the house sleeps 4.
