“Very spacious and central. I wish they would improve the doors!”

Very centrally located near metro shopping food and places of interest. Kitchen, washer, etc was good. Beds were not good.

To be improved

The main door was unreliable...would require a shove to open and sometimes it wouldn't open in 2 or 3 tries. On the last day it got completely jammed. Fortunately one of us was always inside so we didn't have to shut it fully. It may not have opened again!! I also saw another person having similar issues with entry.

Good location, excellent instruction on property entry and security.

To be improved

Not a complete bad thing!! Apartment was clean and well lite. Bathroom shower curtains or catch basin needs a modification to keep water in drain area. The apartment was clean as stated before however several areas are WELL used or show signs of excessive use without repair.

“Had a nice comfortable stay near Las Ramblas.”

Host will send the code to get in when it the 3 p.m. arrival time. Not before which was fine with us. It is a little dated. Had a slight issue with air conditioning in one bedroom but host fixed it as soon as I contacted them. Terrace was very nice but unusable due to the heat which is no reflection on the hosts as it isn't their fault. Very near the subway which was helpful.

To be improved

The second shower needed instructions for use oddly enough.

“Stay was satisfactory”

The apartment was convenient and was cleaned.

To be improved

The property rooms were very small no privacy between the master bedroom and kids bedroom as there was a cut out in the common division for the AC, which was shared between both rooms. Also when we checked in there was another family already in the room which was surprising, but the management sorted that out quickly.

The location is great, very close to most of the attractions

To be improved

The host needs to answer request on a timely manner, I asked for an iron for 3 consecutive days and haven’t got a response until my check out day and they didn’t even have one. The facilities definitely needs some improvements

The apartment was in very good location near from everything, its space fine for 4 persons

When i reached there was a problem in opening the door but they send a man to fix it , and after two days I asked for cleaning the apartement but they neglected my request till 2 days later they did it , and they asked me shall we change the towels I responded by yes please, but they didn’t changed also ,
