Even in the heat we weren't hot, the fan works well, you can turn it on at different speeds with lighting. Convenient location. The sea is very close and also a shop and cafes, restaurants. · Cons: We didn't find any cons, more like recommendations. The tap in the small sink is not very practical, it was inconvenient to wash large plates. It would have been better if there had been a simple tap, but we weren't planning on cooking every day. and be prepared that there is construction going on in the building. it didn't bother you too much because it's only during the daytime and if you're on the beach during the day, it won't bother you”
