The best

Close to tram stop. Pool areas nice. Kitchen equipment good. Pool table.

To be improved

Surrounded by other featureless concrete box houses so no views at all. No mosquito screens on any windows (essential as no Aircon either). Outside areas all concrete with dirty walls.
