The only part we enjoyed was leaving

We were sent threatening messages from the owner. There were ants all over the kitchen, WiFi cable chewed through by rats, and it took over 72 hours to fix only after contacting booking.com as the owner was no help whatsoever. We also wasted 2 mornings waiting for the repair guy who did not show the first time. We were asked to provide and sign documents 4 separate times, one of which they turned up unannounced to the apartment, forcing us to sign documents in a language we can not read and making threats to call police if we did not sign his unreadable document. Unprofessional owner that provided a horrible experience and made the entire stay very uncomfortable and totally unenjoyable.
