“The stay was good - it was just the happy people’s seoarate platform that was not a pleasant experience.”

We didn’t like having to use the separate platform for payment - it created issues as I couldn’t set it up whilst in Spain due to not having access to my home phone for authentication of payment. Also communication was difficult- only through messages. And finally this was the only place that we stayed in that held an additional €300 from our card for damage bond. It is in the fine print but it was a lot to hold at the end of a months holiday.

“Mostly it was good. Had everything we needed. Fairly central and easy to get about from. Flat was fairly comfortable. · Cons: Bed in main bedroom could do with a new mattress as it rolled inwards. Also they have a weird noise monitoring system which I kind of get as it's in a residential area. However there is an electronic board that lights up and tells you that you are loud even when you are sitting in silence reading a book.”

Mostly it was good. Had everything we needed. Fairly central and easy to get about from. Flat was fairly comfortable.

“The apartment is very lovely. We were a family of 4, so having 2 bedrooms was perfect of us. Great location, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, bar, supermarkets and public trasportation.”

“Close to metro station and Sagrada, enough snack bars and restaurants nearby, nice space on the roof. · Cons: Little noisy, cannot sleep with open windows. The roof space was open only until 8 p.m.”

“Fun Family time”

The accommodation was spacious and very family friendly. it was close to famous attractions, we walked to the Sagrada familia.

To be improved

The key system is very easy, its nice and hassle less. But it should be better communicated of how it worked. as result I was stressed and only understood at the door.
