“Booking . Com and”
To be improved

When we arrived in resort we were told our booking was cancelled. The Booking.com representative basically told us there was nothing they could do to help us and that we should speak to the local agent. When I told them that the local agent office was closed they said there was nothing they could do to help us and despite a long conversation they could not offer any solution
