I am very dissatisfied by our stay at Harbour light, for numerous reasons. I want to complain and make it clear that the appartement I booked was badly described, unsuitable for winter, (the heating wasn’t working, found to be broken only after I insisted that an engineer was called!) unprepared for 4 people staying a month, and mainly and more importantly, unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. My Husband suffers from a severe heart condition, the approach to the apartment was nearly impossible for him and spoilt our stay. We left after 3 weeks of our 4 weeks booked, extremely upset that there had been no warning that the flat was only suitable for fit and healthy people! We left the flat in excellent condition over a week ago and we are still waiting for our 200€ deposit. A compensation payment would also be welcomed! Can you help me please?
