“The stuff were kind and helpful, nice see view, location was good, clean room, music concert in the evenings. · Cons: - cuisine was almost the same each day, no diversity. In one day, shrimps were spoiled. - big dissapointment: price for drinks during dinner and on the rooftop. Only 2 beers: Heinikien and Despedaro. The cheapest and not tasty wine 9 euro glass. Cocktail ia around 18 euro. It is overpriced. - Swimmingpools are very small. - no good beach nearby. Recomendation is to rent a car. For those who like sandy beach, go to the beach Playa del duque, 15 min by car.”

“Disappointing”

I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but our stay at Hard Rock wasn’t the best. We weren’t advised that the main pool would be closed due to renovation works, meaning everyone around the two open pools were on top of each other. Due to the amount of people displaced, there was an enormous amount of pressure on staff to serve but unfortunately the wait times and attitude of some of the team was unacceptable. There were dirty glasses left everywhere over night, nothing was kept on top of. My partner had stayed two times previously at Hard Rock Tenerife and was shocked at the massive drop in standards, very disappointing.

“Really 5 star?!”

Wonderful breakfast, swimming pool large ad chilo and confortable position.

First night we had a problem with the sheets, I got them accidentally dirty, I asked 3 times to change them and the towels too, I asked also to clean the room because in the morning the women had just covered the bed ignoring the dirty sheets without cleaning the bathroom or bedroom but they didn’t that and when I asked to change the sheets for the third time at the night (because we didn’t want sleep in the dirty bed) they finally changed them. The next night we found two cockroaches and we had to change room. So not a relax stay.
