The best

I stayed in the room with a shared bathroom, which is designed to accommodate two rooms of 2 people, which isn't a problem whatsoever. The hosts are great, friendly people, both to chat and to assist with any needs necessary.

To be improved

At the beginning of my stay, in my room, there had been only a barely functioning ventilator, which, alongside poor ventialation through patio door, made the room very humid. On the flip side, the hosts installed a new ceiling ventilator, which made the room so much better.

The best

The apartment is conveniently located near both the bus and metro stations. The owner was very responsive and did their best to accommodate any requests.

To be improved

The walls are not soundproof at all — you can hear everything and everyone, making it really hard to sleep. Definitely not ideal for more than a one-night stay.

“Ok location. Stay as little time as needed to avoid strong smell in small bedroom.”

Location was ok living room and kitchen decent sized Rooms are small but functional except for strong potent smell that irritates throat despite keeping windows open.

To be improved

Rooms are small but functional except for strong potent smell that irritates throat. Showers do not have consistent hot water. Would have liked to know in advance so I can plan shower when no one else is using up water.

The best

Very comfortable to have a kitchen, close to metro. There was a misunderstanding and our room was not ready when we arrived. It took some time until the cleaning lady arrived and organised it, though they left us a bottle of wine and offered us to look for a different place without paying them, which was nice, but we decided to stay

The walls are thin so you can hear everything outside the room

“Decent and affordable place to live on a short trip to Valencia!”

The best

- Pedro, the owner of the apartment is a great guy and helps you out if you have questions or need something. - Also, the apartment has a big community room with a kitchen and common room. - Internet speeds are rapid too! - The location of the apartment is pretty good too! There is a metro and a bus station nearby. - Fresh towels are provided by Pedro. All in all I think that the accommodation fulfilled my expectations to a high degree.

To be improved

- Shared bathrooms are fine, but the cleanliness always depends on the people you share the bathroom with. Since I stayed longer than other guests, I experienced guests who treated it more cleanly than others. I just want others to be aware of this.

“Pleasant”

The best

The host is pretty nice and it was clean in the room and the bathroom, close to Metro and in a convenient location.

To be improved

The room looks bigger in the photos. There is no window in the room to get a sense of what is the weather outside. I thought that I was booking a room with a private bathroom. First it turns out that the bathroom was outside of the room and is my fault I didn’t check that, but the bathroom was used by the other guest also, which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Reccomendation to the host is to give a key for the bathroom if its private, cause it looks like other people are using it also.
