location - right on the beach coming in the off season meant the beach was nice and quiet :-)

To be improved

apartment was poorly maintained: table top was not attached to the legs and we had to screw it in ourselves for it to be safe. the toaster was broken. using the heater and cooker at the same time caused power cuts. the shower head was broken. there was no kettle etc. however, on reporting these issues, someone came to the apartment the next day, added two additional screws to the table, gave us a new toaster and fixed the shower head.
