Hauzify I Apartaments Palace

Too hot - no air conditioning, no ceiling fan, no portable air con unit. My unit contained two single beds, bunk beds, even though I'd booked a one bed apartment wih a double bed. The bunk bed was so unconfortable, too short for my 5ft 6inch body, too enclosed meaning no air circulation around me, and the mattress and pillows had some covering on them that made me perspire a lot! I had the worst nights sleep ever in a paid for accomodation. I tried to use the sofa bed but was unable to set it up. I slept with the patio doors open to get some air circualtion but it became too noisy with people on the street so I had to close them again. On the second night I removed the single matress and laid it on the floor next to the open patio doors to get some air and some sleep. It was ridiculous especially considering I paid €320 for two nights. I got no sleep. No Wifi at all in the apartment despite my booking clearly stating wifi available. E5 was my unit and zero wifi connection there. Had to go to ground floor to get connection. Washing machine didn't work and my clothes were stuck in the machine for hours as the door was locked. I finally got the door unlocked and removed my clothes, unwashed from the machine.
