“Weekend for two in Miami Platja”

The best

The balcony overlooked the sea, we were so close you could hear the waves. It was very peaceful although I expect it would be a lot noisier in high season. In front of the apartment is a lovely long promenade that follows the beach.

To be improved

A little far away from the town centre and a lot of restaurants were only making preparations to open in the coming days/weeks. (We travelled mid-May)

the rooms were cozy and clean. good location if you have your own car... .modern, quiet place. The main beach is about 30 minutes walk away. There is a small shop nearby, and restaurants are all around. the owners were very kind and helpful.

+ Beautiful view DIRECT TO THE BEACH AND SEA! + Very quiet in the winter (haven't been here in the summer) + Beautiful terrace on the roof with barbeque option + Very good condition of the furniture + Kitchen has everything you need + Dishwasher and Washing machine + Perfectly working A/C + First line location + Perfectly working bathroom + no bad smells + No more works around the property (as previews reviews complained about), everything is finished. + Cozy city (Miami Platja) with good roads and supermarkets like Mercadona, Lidl, Consum, Esclat, Michelangelo, but only Esclat, michelangelo and consum within walking distance, Lidl and Mercadona are about 3-5km distance. One of Catalonia's best price/quality accommodation in winter.

“An idyllic apartment but not happy with the agent.”

The best

The apartment was spacious and the balcony had a beautiful view. We had everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer with a drying rack on the balcony.

To be improved

Recent remodelling of the whole seafront in front of the property by the council is unfinished after a year and local roads are shut off so parking is on a wasteland nearby. The works also meant that access to the coves was shut off by barriers too as was pedestrian access along the front. Needless to say the barriers were moved by outraged residents every day. While this is obviously not the fault of the agent, when I discovered there was roadwork nearby on the last day I could cancel, I rang the agent who assured me this work was very small and would finish before we arrived. The agent also failed to face me when I found the closed office to pick up the keys and we and another renter had to hunt the keys down in a letterbox at the property. With no instructions we had to hunt out the property and find out where to park the car. I would not use this agent again.
