Having to travel from accommodation to office to collect keys suggest secure box out side of apartment for keys. Third room pull out bed had to search for sheets, only one sheet found rolled up in a bag....suggest leaving them in room ...no towels left in that room .....no covers in duvets !!! Suggest leaving duvets with covers in each room

We had to travel by car to pick up the keys… the agency was managing many rentals so we had to wait, then they sent the wrong information for the WiFi. The apartment had no soap or sponges!! We had to buy everything ourselves. The sheets had stains, the beds were not comfortable. There was a lot of dust in the room.
