“Perfect location for access to Montblanc Medieval Town.”

The best

The location is perfect to explore the old town of Montblanc, Spain. Entrance to the town is almost directly across from this apartment. The apartment is a very good size with a very good kitchen and lounge area. The main bathroom is well lit and very big with a heated towel rail. Joseph was extremely accommodating and very fast at responding to messages. Parking is right out front but timing is important as any spots will fill quickly by workers in the old town. There are alternative free parking places. WiFi is strong and reliable. There are also a number of USB charging points in the kitchen. Power points everywhere in the apartment. There is a fireplace with some wood supplied but the heating in the apartment is very good so we didn't bother with the fire. The apartment has a washing machine in a separate laundry with supplies. However there is no dryer and drying rack or pegs for the washing line in the laundry. Water pressure in the main bathroom was good. Excellent black out shutters made the bedroom very good and quiet. Comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom with plenty of storage.

To be improved

The towels and linen are probably due to be replaced. The is some road noise from the cobbled street out front but it only affects the kitchen / lounge area and is reduced at night once the shutters are lowered. The iron and ironing board are excellent however the ironing board cover needs replacing. The second bathroom is a bit smaller but still very functional however the hot water takes an age to arrive and the water pressure in the shower is a bit low (probably due to the large shower head that is not suited to the water pressure). We had an issue with the hot water failing but Joseph was on the case in minutes and the issue was rectified within 10 minutes. There is some significant noise in the stairwell from the children upstairs (it happens). After 9 days of parking in front our car was so covered with dust that we had to go to the local car wash before we drove out of town The town is in a desert region so that is expected). There is no desk so we had to move the kitchen table to access a power point for laptop work.

Amazing location, loved the view on the terrace! Owner ess really nice and helpful, easy to check in when arriving late.From three of the bedrooms doors to the terrace :)
