It was a nice and spacious place, clean, and had everything we needed for our week stay. Very good location, plenty of shops and restaurants/caffes in a walking distance. David is very responsive and helpful.

Excellent, peaceful location. Great property with a nice pool

The property looks exactly as presented in the pictures, there were no unpleasant surprises. It was clean and well furnished. The patio outside is a great facility and right in front is a fabulous, huge pool which we used by ourselves for almost the entire 2 weeks that we spent here. The villa is in a small complex of 6 houses, 2 of which are owner occupied. This makes if feel safe. The patio has a locked gate, making it safe for children, they can’t head to the pool by themselves. We were provided with lots of towels. The kitchen is well equipped. It could have had a few more essentials like tea / coffee considering the price. 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the supermarket. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. 10 min walk to the bus to head into Alcudia Old Town or Port Alcudia or Palma. The beach in this area is absolutely beautiful, the sea is shallow and perfect for families with children.

David was very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues we had. The villa is in a great location, stunning swimming pool and shops are only a short walk away as well as beautiful beaches. I'd advise hiring a car as there is parking and you can explore the rest of the island.

David is very kind and informative. Very nice house and convenient location for touring the kitchen is equipped with most items for cooking the beach is 5 min walk and so is shopping
