“The location is central, and most of the staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel the day before my stay while I went to a festival. · Cons: I was told that my room was already available and I could check in early, but when I arrived around noon the next day after a long festival night, I was tired and needed rest. Despite the earlier promise, I was made to wait until exactly 14:00 for check-in. One of the receptionists seemed to treat me with visible disrespect, possibly because I looked tired and dirty after the event. When I finally got into the room and tried to rest, I discovered a serious issue: the room was located next to the building’s sewage and water pipes, which went through the ceiling and facade walls. Every time someone above took a shower or used the toilet, it was very loud and clearly audible in my room. It made rest and sleep extremely uncomfortable.”

“We liked the location, the staff was very kind and friendly. The room facilities were exactly as described. · Cons: There was extreme noise from the street, which really damaged the overall impression of the hotel. I recommend bringing earplugs.”

To be improved

Very noisey in the morning whilst all rooms getting cleaned. Walls a bit thin u can hear everything. Hard to sleep in after enjoying late night activities.

“In general it’s really good hotel, the staff super friendly and the location is wonderful. · Cons: Not enough sound isolation in the rooms, so we can listen everything that happens outside in the hallway and this it’s did not let us rest properly.”
