deceptive advertising showing beautiful view of hotel from the park but the entrance was in a scruffy backstreet by the bins & by keypad. The shower leaked outside the door. The towels were so small & thin they were wet before you got dried after a shower. nowhere to hang wet shower towel after use. bathroom configuration not good as toilet had an opaque glass cabinet meaning it was not a private area for purpose. I reported bedside lamp as not working on the day I arrived & next day I was told it would take 3 or 4 days to replace! So this seems like a previous problem that hadn't been mended for some time. View from bedroom window was of rubbish bins & balconies full of laundry. I wasn't informed on check-in that I would have to pay to use the Safe - only when I asked later was I told this. Not good value for money - expensive for what I had. The whole area had a lot of "rough sleepers" making it feel not very safe

The room was very clean! I appreciate that.

A breakfast at the hotel. I had to leave early for work and the restaurants at the beach were not yet open. Only at the back of the hotel is an external possibility to have breakfast. But not ideal.

The staff were very friendly, the receptionist was so nice and spoke perfect English.

To be improved

I’m not a fan of the open plan design and the lack of privacy but it was just 1 night so we managed.
