Brand new hotel trying really hard to deliver. Some teething problems but staff were keen and helpful to resolve them Location good, pools were amazing with lovely sun beds. Staff very caring and helpful. Food good especially AI deal.

Visiting this hotel in the first week of opening was always going to be a test for them - initial teething problems / early operational learnings but overwhelmingly a truly positive experience at a wonderfully modern hotel experience. Great style and design throughout the hotel with lots of cool touches like the double sunbeds in the water edge of the fabulous pool! The bar staff deserve a real shoutout, really friendly and attentive, particularly Rey and Hector who couldn’t have done more to make my family feel special throughout the week. The variety of food and the presentation has been excellent, it just needs labelling (both for allergies and general information) and isn’t always piping hot but still thoroughly enjoyable. Great location for exploring Corralejo and super convenient for the water park - literally on the doorstep! Overall - well done Team HD Lobos Natura!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing — the food, the atmosphere, and especially the people who made our experience unforgettable. A huge thank you to Jessica from the restaurants and Héctor and Jorge from the bars — they were always so friendly and attentive, truly offering a 10/10 service for me and my family. The shows and entertainment were also phenomenal — full of energy and joy every night! We can’t wait to come back in summer 2026!

We took a risk arriving here on the 2nd day of opening. We had problems when we first arrived but the staff were amazing at fixing them. Thank you so much to the lovely manager that could not do enough. The food was outstanding, even for an all inclusive buffet. Spotless and never ending options. All of the bar staff were exceptional and special thanks to the lovely English lady who told us she had been here 16 years - she was so friendly. We also had an amazing meal at the a la carte Italian. Serene surroundings at this hotel and we had the best holiday ever.

Just finishing our last night here doing all inclusive with my partner and 2 year old boy. We've been very impressed with all the facilities, all very clean and well maintained. Great child friendly place, our boy's had an amazing time. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful in all departments. Obviously made friends with the bar and restaurant staff more, particularly Rey who's been really friendly and helpful when choosing cocktails.

Fantastic facilities, staff go above and beyond. Barman Hector and Ray are fantastic with their service and knowledge. As a brand new hotel it has opened almost seamlessly. Only negative was the main pool being closed by an extra day but there were 2 other pools to relax and enjoy in.
