Everything was perfect in the hotel. Amazing customer service,perfectly clean,in the middle of the city and easily accessible. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back

The best

We were a party of 8 when we stayed, two families. The apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is just perfect for exploring the city, it really is in the heart of Pamplona. Communication from the host was also very good with easy to follow instructions. I would recommend staying in this apartment.

Location, space and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The atmosphere in the apartment and building was beautiful.

To be improved

There was an unfortunate water leak in the ceiling of the main bathroom which was outside the hosts control. The host did assist in informing the above apartment owner of the water leak. It wasn’t a major issue for us.

The best

The apartment is beautiful and spacious and it’s location is excellent. You are a few steps away from the Plaza del Castillo. There are many good restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment was very nice and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Steph was very nice and helpful. She communicated in a timely manner and was very responsive to our needs. She also gave us some great recommendations. I would love to come back some day. And Pamplona is amazing!
