Spacious, great location, terrific restaurants and shopping very close, attractive street views with Juliet balconies and shutters. Nice decor, great water pressure, good lighting, a lot of storage space, nice bedding

To be improved

Primary bedroom mattress getting old and memory foam compacted and too hard. For such a fashionable apartment the sofas are looking pretty tired.
