The best

This apartment is so nicely decorated and had great facilities in the absolute supreme location for us. It was spacious and you could relax in your own space after being out in the busy city. The little balcony was great for people watching and just let you feel like you were part of the street. This area is really cool to be in and you still feel the local vibe as well like when you go to the market that is for locals. Close to the very popular San Mercado which is also great fun to try lots of different foods.Great restaurants in our street and little bars, a wonderful market around the corner and the station is close. You could really stay in this area alone and have. Great experience but we walked easily to museums and the park. Our host was very good to deal with and gave us great information. A washing machine was so handy. The apartment stayed cool in the hot weather as great AC. Thankyou so much your apartment made our stay in Madrid wonderful

To be improved

Nothing really. Just know you have to walk a couple of minutes to a little key lock station to get your keys first and it is easy to get to. Our great host explained all of that prior and gave great instructions

Central location with plenty of tapas restaurants. Walking distance to all major attractions. Spacious apartment with great shower and storage. The Kitchen has all the basics required for a vacation.

Entry stairwell in poor condition, apartment has small number of steps everywhere, lighting modern but strange-floor lighting which is glary. Apartment very noisy due to activity on Tapas Street below until 5am on Saturday night. Shower leaks onto bathroom floor for sometime after showering. You need to know to turn hot water service up before you shower or you have Luke warm shower.
